Tomorrow is #retastemåndag where we make our lunch dish from ingredients that would otherwise maybe not have made it to the plate in collaboration with our neighbours @willyssverige

Here is some real ReTaste in action. @swegreen_ are developing new flavours that can be locally grown in city farms here in Stockholm and beyond – herbs and salads, flowers and greens – year round and as local as it comes. At #PTL we are thrilled work with them and to get to use these amazing test products in the kitchen. Packed full of flavour and nutrients, they are too good to waste.

Dinner Thursday – Saturday kl 17 – 22.
